Balancing under ISO 21940-11 (procedures and acceptance criteria for rotor quality). Low-speed bench for initial check and high-speed for validation at operating speed. Vibration amplitude documented before and after.
- Low-speed balancing (≤500 RPM) in bench for initial check and preliminary correction
- High-speed balancing at operating speed — final rotor validation
- Vibration analysis under ISO 10816 before and after balancing
- Mass correction by addition or removal per rotor geometry
- Vibration mapping per critical point (bearings, shafts, couplings)
- Graphical report with FFT, RMS amplitude and speed for each balancing plane
- Acceptance under ISO 21940 quality grade (G2.5, G6.3 per application)
